In this hands-on cooking experience, you will prepare and enjoy authentic Okinawan home-style dishes together with a certified Ryukyu Culinary Tradition Master, officially recognized by Okinawa Prefecture.
Menu (Advance Reservation Required)
Fuchiba Jushi – Okinawan rice porridge with mugwort
Nigana Shiraae – Nigana greens dressed with tofu
Seasonal Vegetable Champuru – Stir-fried seasonal vegetables

A minimum of 2 participants is required for this activity.
Children may not participate without an accompanying adult.
