One of the secrets to Okinawa’s renowned longevity lies in its traditional diet.

In this hands-on cooking experience, you will prepare and enjoy authentic Okinawan home-style dishes together with a certified Ryukyu Culinary Tradition Master, officially recognized by Okinawa Prefecture.

Menu (Advance Reservation Required)
Fuchiba Jushi – Okinawan rice porridge with mugwort
Nigana Shiraae – Nigana greens dressed with tofu
Seasonal Vegetable Champuru – Stir-fried seasonal vegetables

Learn about the ingredients, cooking methods, and food culture that have supported the health and longevity of Okinawan people for generations.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for this activity.
Children may not participate without an accompanying adult.
Guests who require an English-speaking guide for the activity explanation should purchase the Optional English Guide available as a separate add-on.
