Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

This plan waives customer out-of-pocket deductibles (up to 200,000 JPY) to 0 JPY in the event of property damage or vehicle collision accidents.

・Property Damage Deductible (Normally 100,000 JPY) ➔ 0 JPY

・Vehicle Damage Deductible (Normally 100,000 JPY) ➔ 0 JPY

【Important Notes Before Enrolling】

・Applicable only to multi-vehicle accidents where the other party is identified.

・The following cases are NOT covered by this waiver and will be charged at actual customer expense:

Single-vehicle / self-inflicted accidents (hitting guardrails, utility poles, walls, wheel drops, unidentified hit-and-run damages, etc.)

Dead battery (flat-rate replacement fee: 20,000 JPY)

Non-Operation Charges (NOC: 25,000 JPY if drivable / 60,000 JPY if undrivable)

Failure to report to the police and our office, or occurrences involving severe traffic violations

NOC Coverage (Non-Operation Charge Waiver)

This plan waives Non-Operation Charges (NOC: up to 60,000 JPY) to 0 JPY, which are normally charged as partial compensation for business interruption during vehicle repairs or cleaning.

・NOC when drivable (Normally 25,000 JPY) ➔ 0 JPY

・NOC when undrivable (Normally 60,000 JPY) ➔ 0 JPY

・The following cases are NOT covered by this plan and will be charged at actual customer expense:

Repair costs and NOC resulting from single-vehicle / self-inflicted accidents (hitting guardrails, utility poles, walls, wheel drops, unidentified hit-and-run damages, etc.)

Dead battery (flat-rate replacement fee: 20,000 JPY)

Towing and roadside rescue expenses when the vehicle is rendered undrivable

Failure to report to the police and our office, or occurrences involving severe traffic violations

Full Protection Package (CDW + NOC Waiver)

A comprehensive full-coverage plan that waives both out-of-pocket collision deductibles (up to 200,000 JPY) and Non-Operation Charges (NOC: up to 60,000 JPY) to 0 JPY in the event of an accident, mechanical breakdown, or vehicle damage.
・Property Damage Deductible (Normally 100,000 JPY) ➔ 0 JPY
・Vehicle Damage Deductible (Normally 100,000 JPY) ➔ 0 JPY
・NOC when drivable (Normally 25,000 JPY) ➔ 0 JPY
