Cancellation Policy If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees apply. In addition, if we do not hear from you within 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time, your reservation may be cancelled automatically. Thank you for your understanding. If a cancellation fee applies, the store will bill you (or contact you) directly. Cancellation fees Up to 7 days before the rental date: Free 6 to 3 days before: 10% of the base fee 2 days before to the day before: 50% of the base fee On the day of rental: 100% of the base fee [Please note] If you extend the rental period after your reservation is confirmed without making a new booking, the extra time will be charged at our standard base rate. If you return the vehicle earlier than the reserved time, no refund is given; it is treated the same as a same-day cancellation.
